This sweet potato and prosciutto tortilla flatbread recipe is your daily dose of delicious yet healthy food!
Spray both sides of a flour tortilla with cooking spray. Place on baking sheet and crisp under broiler. Remove and flip tortilla, repeating to crisp on the other side. Remove from heat and top with leftover Sweet and Spicy Sweet Potatoes. Add a few slices of prosciutto and grated cheese such as gouda. Place back under broiler (keep as far from the direct heat as possible) until cheese is melted. Enjoy : )
