These are so cute and super simple healthy recipe for breakfast with kiwi. Perfect for a brunch gathering.
Cut kiwis in half lengthwise. I cut out/scoop away the white strip down the center of each kiwi to create a little pocket (you can eat what you scoop away : ). If the kiwis don’t stand perfectly straight for you when you set them down, you can cut a small slice away from the bottom to create a flat edge. Then just use a small spoon to fill each kiwi with a small amount of yogurt – maybe 1 T. per half. Sprinkle with granola and chia seeds. When you go to eat it, you can use a spoon to separate the fruit flesh from the furry skin like you would do with an avocado or mango. Enjoy this healthy recipe for breakfast with kiwi!!
