These roasted cauliflower beauties are both a Keto and Paleo friendly recipe, not to mention delicious.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut cauliflower head into florets.  Drizzle very lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Set aside. Slice bacon strips in half lengthwise and then in half widthwise to yield four small strips per slice. Wrap each small slice around the stem of each cauliflower floret and place them on a sheet pan with the open end of the bacon wrap against the pan so that it stays closed. Bake for about 20 minutes until cauliflower is tender and bacon is crisp. Transfer to plate lined with paper towel and serve. Enjoy!
