The recipe is made with only four ingredients and it’s big on taste. Do you have some extra bananas lying around the house? Then that’s perfect. You can make this recipe with ripe or slightly overripe bananas and it’s so good!
2 overripe bananas, peeled
2 T. creamy peanut butter
1/2 t. water
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet that will fit in your freezer. Slice bananas into 1-1.5″ slices and and place on baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter (or almond butter) and water. Using a pastry brush, smear the peanut butter mixture onto the banana slices. Sprinkle each slice with about a teaspoon of Pro-Chi Lentil Crunch. Place in freezer for 60 minutes. Enjoy!
Once the bananas are frozen, you can store them for up to a month in the freezer. To store, cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap or wrap each frozen banana slice in plastic wrap and enjoy them a bite at a time!
