Kim Baker’s affinity for the kitchen began with Julia Child cooking shows when she was just a young girl, and although Kim pursued corporate life, she never gave up her passion for food.  In 2004, Kim launched her first food company, conducted in-office cooking demonstrations for working professionals, and held in-store tastings at retailers such as Crate & Barrel.  Kim leads the Marketing Department at a leading investment bank and has a B.S. in Biology and an M.B.A.  Yet the kitchen’s call and verve for positive motion drew her to train as a Chef.  Kim graduated with a degree in culinary arts from The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE). She shares her culinary experiences and what she has learned with you here.
