1 1/2 C. Plain Greek yogurt
1 t. Honey
1/8 t. Orange zest
1/4 C. Strawberries, diced
1 1/2 t. Unsweetened coconut flakes
1 Banana, diced
2 T. Pro-Chi Lentil Crunch
1 t. Mint
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, honey and orange zest. In two serving cups, place 2 T. yogurt mixture neatly on the bottom of each. Add 1 T.strawberries and 1/2 t. coconut. Then add another layer with 2 T. of yogurt followed by 1 T. banana and 2 t. Pro-Chi lentils. Then add a final layer of 2 T. yogurt and top with remaining fruit, coconut, Pro-Chi and mint.
