Matcha Crispy Treats

Grease a 9×13 pan and set aside.

Melt 1/4 C. butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 6 oz. marshmallows and melt, stirring continuously.  Add 1/2 t. matcha tea powder and stir well to combine and to remove any clumps that may have formed. Add in 2 1/2 C. rice crispies and stir to combine. Add half of mixture lengthwise to both sides of the greased pan  leaving the center open and press down with your hands to flatten.  Reserve.

In a separate saucepan, melt 1/4 C. butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 6 oz. marshmallows and melt, stirring continuously. Add in 2 1/2 C. rice crispies and stir to combine. Add to center of greased pan and press down connecting the mixture to the matcha crispy mixture on the sides of the pan. Top with sprinkles.

Let sit about 10 minutes to harden, slice into squares, and serve.
