Introducing the Zoodlebowl! A vitamin-packed, low-calorie breakfast that will keep you full all morning. All fitness levels welcome!
Heat 3/4 C. of almond milk in a small saucepan and bring to simmer. Add 1 C. “zoodles” (zucchini noodles), 1/2 C. old fashioned oats (not quick cooking), and a pinch of salt and stir. Let cook about 5 minutes until softened. Remove from heat and let sit until milk is absorbed. Sprinkle with 1/8 t. cinnamon and top with a sprinkling of fresh fruit (and honey optional).
