Brussels Sprouts Chips

wp1_brusselOne of my favorite ways to enjoy this veggie. Slightly cut ends on 1/2 lb. of Brussels sprouts while carefully keeping the heads intact. Slice each lengthwise into 3-4 slices. Place in roasting pan and drizzle with 1T. olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper. Place in 425 degree oven for 5-6 minutes. Then switch to broil for about 1 minute. Remove from oven and flip. Broil an additional 1 minute and serve with a dollop of tzatziki sauce for dipping.
